This week we finalized our flag proposals as well as began working on our flags. The proposal was simple to do since our book for that design was very thorough so our main attention fell on the flag. During class we modified our original design and begun working on making the flag. We cut out all the patterns we would need to make the flag. Later that week I began to sew all the pieces together to create one cohesive design.
I was also lucky enough to attend the town meeting where we asked for permission to hang our flags. It was cool to see the board look over our designs as well as seeing how town hall meetings are run.
